New Delhi, September 21 (Daily Kiran News): iQOO is gearing up to launch the Neo 11 series in China later this year. Ahead of the official debut, the iQOO Neo 11 Pro has surfaced on Geekbench, confirming key hardware details and offering a glimpse at its performance.

Listed under model number V2520A, the Neo 11 Pro will run Android 16 and pack 16GB of RAM. On Geekbench 6.5, the device scored 3,320 in single-core tests and 9,898 in multi-core performance.
The smartphone will be powered by MediaTek’s new Dimensity 9500 platform, making it the third device in Vivo’s ecosystem to use the chip, after the upcoming Vivo X300 and X300 Pro.

The Dimensity 9500 is built on a 1+3+4 CPU cluster, featuring:
One ultra-core at 4.21GHz
Three performance cores at 3.50GHz
Four efficiency cores at 2.70GHz
It is paired with the Mali-G1 Ultra MC12 GPU, offering enhanced ray tracing and a claimed 40% improvement in graphical efficiency compared to the Dimensity 9400, making it well-suited for gaming and multimedia.
Other Certifications and Expected Specs
Earlier this month, the Neo 11 Pro appeared on China’s 3C certification with 100W fast charging support. Reports suggest the Neo 11 series will feature a 6.8-inch flat OLED 2K display, ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor, metal middle frame, and a 7,000mAh+ battery.
The lineup will include the Neo 11 (Snapdragon 8 Elite) and the Neo 11 Pro (Dimensity 9500). The series is expected to launch after the iQOO 15 in November or December 2025.
