IndoStar Capital Finance inches up on raising Rs 50 crore via NCDs

IndoStar Capital Finance is currently trading at Rs. 248.15, up by 0.05 points or 0.02% from its previous closing of Rs. 248.10 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 246.65 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 249.85 and Rs. 245.75 respectively.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 416.95 on 11-Jun-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 228.25 on 27-Dec-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 255.95 and Rs. 231.50 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3374.77 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 88.16%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 3.81% and 8.02% respectively.

IndoStar Capital Finance has raised Rs 50 crore through the allotment of 500 – 7.80 % ICFL Series XLVI 2024 Rated Listed Secured Redeemable Taxable Non-Convertible Debentures (Debentures or NCDS) of face value of Rs 10 lakh each, for cash, at par, on Private Placement Basis. The Board of Directors of the company dated January 3, 2022, approved allotment of the same.
