Focus of the talks is likely to be on the implementation of a five-point agreement reached between the two Foreign Ministers at the SCO summit in Moscow on disengagement of troops and de-escalation of the situation in eastern Ladakh.
Highlight of the meeting is the presence of a joint secretary level officer of the External Affairs Ministry in the Indian delegation.
