HDFC Bank rises on the BSE

HDFC Bank is currently trading at Rs. 1567.05, up by 8.20 points or 0.53% from its previous closing of Rs. 1558.85 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1564.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1568.55 and Rs. 1548.00 respectively. So far 91391 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1724.30 on 18-Oct-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1342.00 on 28-Jan-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1572.00 and Rs. 1529.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 865445.68 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 25.83%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 60.92% and 13.25% respectively.

HDFC Bank has inaugurated 29 smart classrooms in the state of Rajasthan. Under this initiative, HDFC Bank is working with the State Education Board to create digital classrooms in government schools.

IT infrastructure such as desktops and projectors has been installed in classrooms to deliver the syllabus-based e-learning content. Further, the Bank has also trained teachers to use the digital infrastructure. Smart Classrooms enable technology-in-education to provide an interactive learning environment in the school.
