Vijayawada, March 6 : Andhra Pradesh Governor Biswabhusan Harichandan will address the joint session of the Andhra Pradesh Legislature on Monday physically, for the first time. On earlier two occasions, the Governor addressed the joint session of the Andhra Pradesh Legislature in virtual mode from the Raj Bhavan, due to the Covid-19 pandemic. A trial run was held by the security staff of Raj Bhavan on Sunday. RP Sisodia, Special Chief Secretary to the Governor, visited the Assembly premises and reviewed the arrangements made for the joint session with Sri Balakrishnamacharyulu, Secretary of AP Legislature and gave instructions for smooth conduct of the programme.
