Mumbai, April 4: Gmktec has introduced the NucBox K17, a cutting-edge mini PC powered by a Lunar Lake processor, designed for advanced AI computing in a compact form factor.
The NucBox K17 is equipped with the Intel Core Ultra 5 226V processor, featuring 8 cores and 8 threads, with a turbo frequency of 4.5GHz. It delivers an impressive 97 TOPS of AI performance, complemented by the Intel Arc 130V GPU and AI Boost NPU. The Arc 130V GPU provides 53 TOPS of AI performance, supports ray tracing and XeSS, making it ideal for gaming and content creation. Additionally, the AI Boost NPU offers 40 TOPS of INT8 AI acceleration for machine learning tasks.
This mini PC operates on Windows 11 Pro and includes 16GB of LPDDR5X memory running at 8533MT/s. Storage options range from 512GB to 1TB SSDs, with the capability to expand up to 16TB via dual M.2 2280 slots that support PCIe 4.0 and 5.0 SSDs.
The NucBox K17 boasts a variety of ports for enhanced connectivity. The front panel features a USB4 Type-C port with 100W Power Delivery, a DisplayPort (40Gbps), one USB 3.2 Gen2 port, one USB 3.2 Gen1 port, and a 3.5mm audio combo jack.
On the rear, it includes a DC IN port (100W), two HDMI 2.1 ports, three USB 3.2 Gen1 ports (5Gbps), one USB 2.0 port, a 2.5G RJ45 LAN port, a lock slot, and power and reset buttons.
For wireless connections, the device supports Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.2. The NucBox K17 can manage up to three displays simultaneously, supporting resolutions of up to 8K through its HDMI and USB4 ports.
Featuring a dual heat pipe cooling system with a turbine fan, the mini PC ensures quiet operation even under heavy loads. Its compact dimensions of 127.5 x 127 x 44.5 mm and lightweight of just 460g make it an excellent choice for users with limited space.
