Four Arrested in Greater Noida Murder Case

The Greater Noida Police have solved a shocking murder case from the Badalpur police station area, arresting four accused individuals. The entire case was resolved within 13 days.

In recognition of the successful investigation, the Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) of Central Noida awarded the police team with a cash prize of ₹25,000 to encourage their efforts.

The incident dates back to January 17, 2026, when the victim filed a complaint at Badalpur police station. According to the complaint, the victim’s uncle, Krishanpal, son of the late Samar Singh, along with Sundar, son of Bhoran Lal from the same village, had gone to guard wheat crops in the fields.

During this time, unknown assailants attacked them by hitting their heads with bricks. Krishanpal died on the spot, while Sundar was seriously injured and admitted to a hospital for treatment.

Given the gravity of the case, higher police officials formed two local police teams and a CRT team to investigate. Over 150 CCTV camera footages were examined, and local intelligence sources were utilised to advance the probe.

On January 30, 2026, four accused—Manish, Amit, Akash, and Abhishek alias Seku—were arrested near Rajatpur underpass.

During interrogation, it was revealed that all accused were drinking alcohol near Bambawad Road on the day of the incident. While returning towards the village Kudikheda, Krishanpal confronted Manish over the loud silencer of their bullet motorcycle. This led to an argument which escalated to a physical fight.

In anger, Manish struck Krishanpal with a heavy punch, causing him to fall and suffer a serious head injury after hitting the bricks. Subsequently, Sundar was also attacked with bricks. The accused fled the scene but attempted to disguise the murder as an accident.

The police recovered a broken Samsung mobile phone from Manish’s possession and Krishanpal’s Aadhaar card from Amit.

The police continue their investigation to bring all aspects of the case to light.
