Amid the ongoing election fervor in West Bengal, Bengali women have gathered in Kashi to warmly welcome PM Modi. Approximately two dozen women congregated at the Ganga ghats to perform conch shell blowing, showcasing their enthusiasm. They expressed confidence in their party’s victory in the ongoing elections in Bengal, celebrating this joy with their gathering in Kashi.
The women shared their plans to give a grand welcome to the Prime Minister upon his arrival. They will blow conch shells, shower flowers, and perform aarti to honor him. The sound of conch shells resonating across the ghats and the spirited energy of the women reflect the palpable excitement and joy surrounding the Prime Minister’s visit to the city.
Reena Patra spoke to a news agency, stating, “We are very happy about the PM’s arrival. We will go directly from the Ganga ghats to BLW, where we will blow conch shells to welcome him. After that, we have further preparations.”
Soma Das added, “Prime Minister Narendra Modi is winning in West Bengal. We are very happy because his victory means our victory. We have gathered here to prepare for his arrival today.”
Reva mentioned, “We are very excited that PM Modi is coming to Varanasi. We have left our homes and families to prepare for his welcome.”
