
Deeg, May 5: An army helicopter made an emergency landing in Deeg district, Rajasthan, on Monday due to a technical malfunction. The helicopter was transporting Brigadier Manjeet Das from Mathura to Jaipur.
During the flight, the pilot encountered an unexpected technical issue but demonstrated quick thinking and alertness by safely landing on the nearby airstrip.
As soon as the helicopter landed, a large crowd of curious villagers gathered at the site. Fortunately, there were no casualties or significant damage, providing relief to the authorities.
Upon receiving news of the incident, the Kumher administration promptly responded. The sub-divisional officer, tehsildar, revenue team, and police arrived quickly to manage the situation.

Shortly after, another army helicopter arrived at the airstrip to safely transport Brigadier Manjeet Das and other military personnel to Jaipur.
