Earthquake of 3.6 magnitude strikes near Tirupati In AP

Hyderabad, April 3 : An earthquake of magnitude 3.6 on the Richter scale struck 85 km North-East of Tirupati in Andhra Pradesh on Sunday. According to the National Centre for Seismology(NCS), the quake occurred at 1.10 AM. The quake was at a depth of 20 km. NCS tweeted ”Earthquake of Magnitude:3.6, Occurred on 03-04-2022, 01:10:29 IST, Lat: 14.24 & Long: 79.90, Depth: 20 Km ,Location: 85km NE of Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh” However, there were no immediate reports of loss of life or property.
