Mumbai, May 15: Dr. Shriram Nene made his wife Madhuri Dixit’s birthday truly special. He shared an emotional video that captures beautiful and memorable moments from their years together.
The ‘Dhak-Dhak Girl,’ Madhuri Dixit, celebrated her 59th birthday. On this special occasion, Dr. Nene posted a lovely video on social media, featuring glimpses of their travels, family moments, romantic pictures, and celebrations from around the world.
In his post, Dr. Nene wrote, “Happy birthday to my dear wife. Here’s to another wonderful year. Thank you for always being with us and for your love and affection.”
To enhance the emotional touch of this birthday wish, Dr. Nene used the popular Marathi song ‘Chand Tu Nabhatala’ as the background music for the video.

Reports suggest that the couple first met through Madhuri’s brother, who introduced them. Dr. Nene grew up in the United States, so he was not very familiar with Madhuri’s popularity in Indian cinema. In several past interviews, Madhuri mentioned that when they met, Dr. Nene only knew she was an actress and had little knowledge of her stardom in Bollywood.
The couple married in a private ceremony in October 1999. They are parents to two sons, Erin Nene and Ryan Nene.
Madhuri made her Bollywood debut at the age of 16 with the film ‘Abodh.’ She went on to deliver memorable performances in films like ‘Tezaab,’ ‘Dil,’ ‘Beta,’ ‘Hum Aapke Hain Koun..!’, ‘Dil To Pagal Hai,’ and ‘Devdas.’
