Dodla Dairy Reports 2.3% Decline in Q4 Profit Amid Margin Pressure

Mumbai, May 17: Dodla Dairy has reported a 2.3% year-on-year decline in consolidated net profit for the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2026.

The company disclosed in an exchange filing that its profit for the January to March period fell to ₹55.4 crore, down from ₹56.7 crore in the same quarter last year.

Despite the drop in profit, Dodla Dairy’s operational income rose by 4.6% year-on-year to ₹845 crore, compared to ₹807.8 crore in the previous fiscal year’s corresponding quarter. This growth is attributed to a surge in the company’s dairy business.

However, the operational performance for Q4 of fiscal year 26 was weak. EBITDA plummeted by 56.5% year-on-year to ₹29 crore, down from ₹66.6 crore in Q4 of fiscal year 25. Consequently, the EBITDA margin decreased to 3.4%, a significant drop from the previous 8.2%.

Alongside the quarterly results, the company’s board has recommended a final dividend of ₹5 per share with a face value of ₹10 for the financial year ending March 31, 2026. This proposed dividend is subject to approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

The record date for determining eligible shareholders for the dividend has been set for July 7, 2026. The company’s 31st AGM will take place on July 14, 2026, at 11:00 AM IST.

In Friday’s trading session, before the results announcement, Dodla Dairy’s shares closed down by over 2.5%. Over the past six months, the stock has dropped approximately 15.6%, or around ₹200, with the current market price at ₹1,025. The stock’s 52-week high was ₹1,525.
