Jaipur : Brig Jagdeep Chauhan, Dy Director General (Recruiting), Rajasthan conducted a motivational lecture on Military leadership for PGDM batch 2023-25 at Taxila Business School, Jaipur on the occasion of Kargil Vijay Diwas on 26 Jul 2023.
Brig Jagdeep Chauhan talked about the leadership aspects that led to display of unprecedented bravery, courage and will to fight against all odds by young military leaders and their teams. He explained as to what it takes to be a successful military leader and management skills that form part of military leadership. He exhorted the young audience to join Indian Army and explained various avenues available to them.
The session was well received by the audience to include Director, Staff and students of the Business School and very fruitful to learn and emulate best practices of the defence forces of leadership camaraderie & team spirit in the business management fields as well as day to day life.
