Kolhapur, April 16 : Congress candidate Jayashree Jadhav on Saturday led by 13,855 votes over her nearest Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) rival Satyajeet alias Nana Kadam in the Kolhapur-North assembly constituency by-election in Maharashtra after 18 rounds of vote count.
