New Delhi, April 18 : Continuing his meetings with on Ministers, Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh on Monday called on Home Minister Amit Shah here and briefed him about the law and order situation in the state. “Called on on Home Minister Amit Shah Ji and apprised him about the law and order situation of the state,” Singh said in a tweet. The CM expressed his gratitude to Shah for his unwavering support and care for the people of Manipur. “People of Manipur are fortunate to have a leader like Amit Shah Ji. His genuine concern for the people of Manipur is reflected in every step that he takes with regards to the state,” Singh said in another tweet. Earlier in the day, the Chief Minister, along with his Cabinet colleagues, met Defence Minister Rajnath Singh. Apprising about their meeting with the Minister, Singh said, “We discussed about various issues pertaining to the security of the state as well as the welfare of defence forces stationed in Manipur.” DS RJ
