The arrested individual is originally from the Maudaha area of Hamirpur district but was residing in Bhangeal, Phase-2, Gautam Buddh Nagar.
Police revealed that they seized ₹5,500 in cash, obtained from the sale of a locket stolen during a chain-snatching incident, along with a stolen motorcycle (Splendor) and an illegal knife. The recovered motorcycle is linked to a case registered at the Surajpur police station.
