Capri Global Capital surges on selling investment in subsidiary

Capri Global Capital is currently trading at Rs. 516.50, up by 1.75 points or 0.34% from its previous closing of Rs. 514.75 on the BSE.

Capri Global Capital The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 578.70 on 23-Jun-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 323.85 on 17-Feb-2021.

Capri Global Capital has sold its investment in Capri Global Resources (CGRPL), its wholly owned subsidiary (carrying on the business of consultancy for financial services) to Capri Global Holdings. The consideration of sale is around Rs 2.76 lakh and expected date of completion of sale is February 10, 2022.

Capri Global Capital is engaged in the business of providing loans to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), providing long term finance for construction of residential houses in India, retail Lending in India and in providing ancillary services related to the said business activities.
