Lucknow, March 19: The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has taken decisive action against illegal constructions by demolishing nine unauthorized row houses in the Mod Galaxy City located in Bijnor. The operation, which lasted throughout the day, resulted in the destruction of structures covering approximately 9,500 square feet. Additionally, 19 illegal row houses in Gudamba and three unauthorized commercial buildings in Thakurganj were sealed.
Enforcement Zone-2 officer Ravi Nandan Singh reported that builder Mohammad Imran was illegally constructing row houses in Aurangabad Khalsa, Bijnor, without obtaining map approval from the LDA. Following a court order for demolition, the enforcement team executed the operation on Wednesday, successfully dismantling the illegal structures.
Madhavesh Kumar, the officer for Enforcement Zone-7, stated that an operation was conducted against illegal constructions on Jal Nigam Road in Thakurganj. He noted that Syed Sibte Mohammad, Chandra Prakash Awasthi, and Jagdev Singh were found to have constructed commercial buildings on plots of 150, 200, and 250 square meters, respectively, without proper authorization. All three illegal constructions were sealed.
Furthermore, Vandana Pandey, the officer for Enforcement Zone-5, mentioned that Siddharth, A.M. Ansari, Mohammad Zoeb, and others were involved in constructing ten row houses on approximately 500 square meters in Gudamba. Similarly, Jitendra Jumani was found to have built four row houses on a 400 square meter plot, while builder Altaab constructed five row houses on a 300 square meter area. All 19 unauthorized row houses were sealed for being constructed without LDA map approval.
