Srinagar : A book titled ‘Historical Significance of Rozabal’ authored by veteran writer G N Adfar was released at historic mosque on Friday prayers at Rozabal Charari Sharief, the gateway to famous shrine of Sufi Saint Shiekh Noor U Din (RA).
The book was brought out by the Jamia Masjid Rozabal and was released by noted members of the masjid. The book sheds light on the ladies disciples of the renowned Sufi saint Alamdar-e-Kashmir known as Tsaut Kori.
The author has described complexities and genesis in various aspects of contemporary history of the Tsaut Kori. The book is a research based work of author with detailed description of the shrine of female disciples of Alamdar.
Author has written several books on Shiekh Ul Alam( RA) and translated several books in various languages.
Writer was honoured and turbaned for his commendable work in bringing forth the grandeur of our beloved saints and priests. The speakers said that the book is a sealed chest for youngsters.
