BJP Legislator Accuses Rahul Gandhi of Acting as U.S. Agent

BJPs Pratik Bhushan Singh claims Rahul Gandhi is undermining Indias democracy while calling for an investigation into local airport construction issues.

Gonda, October 11 (Daily Kiran) : BJP legislator Pratik Bhushan Singh from Gonda has made serious allegations against Rahul Gandhi, the leader of the opposition in the Lok Sabha, accusing him of acting as an agent for the United States. Singh stated that no matter how hard Gandhi tries, elections can only be won through votes.

Singh emphasized that winning elections is essential for forming a government and that Gandhi cannot achieve this by spreading confusion or acting as a tool for foreign powers. He argued that Gandhi’s attempts to create a narrative based on misleading facts are detrimental to India’s democratic framework. Singh suggested that legal action should be taken against Gandhi, asserting that he is promoting a foreign agenda in India.

In a separate issue, Singh called on Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to investigate irregularities and poor construction quality at the Shravasti Airport. He expressed concern that the construction unit or contractors might have compromised the project, which is a significant initiative inaugurated by the Prime Minister.

Singh mentioned receiving a report from IIT Roorkee that indicated negligence in the construction process. He has informed the Chief Minister that an investigation is necessary to determine whether corruption or carelessness occurred. Singh stated that it was his responsibility to raise these concerns and hopes for a swift and decisive response.

Concerns about Shravasti Airport have been raised previously, with reports of serious flaws surfacing following its high-profile inauguration under the central government’s regional connectivity scheme. Due to construction irregularities and technical deficiencies, it has even been dubbed a “ghost airport.”
