BJP Leaders Praise Budget as Inclusive Step Towards Developed India 2047

New Delhi: BJP leaders have described the Union Budget as inclusive, visionary, and a decisive step towards the goal of a developed India by 2047.

BJP MPs and leaders said the budget fully reflects Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Prayas” and aims to benefit every section of society.

BJP MP Praveen Khandelwal said in an interview that the Prime Minister’s mantra is clearly visible in this budget. He highlighted the special focus on the pharma sector, which holds wide export potential. The Finance Minister also included provisions for treatment of rare diseases in her budget speech.

He added that overall the budget aims to ensure better healthcare facilities reach every individual and household across the country.

Praveen Khandelwal further stated that under Prime Minister Modi’s leadership and guidance, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman presented a budget that can be described in two words: inclusive and decisive. It is designed to realise the Prime Minister’s vision of a “Developed India 2047”. Several important measures have been taken to strengthen trade and industry, including the removal of customs duty on many items. The pharma sector received fresh incentives, and new initiatives were introduced to make business and daily life easier for common citizens.

BJP national spokesperson Shahnawaz Hussain said this is the ninth time Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has presented the budget, making her the first woman to do so so many times, which is historic in itself. He stated that there is a positive atmosphere across the country regarding the budget. Congratulating Prime Minister Modi and Finance Minister Sitharaman, he mentioned that they listened to the budget along with BJP National President Nitin Naik.

Shahnawaz Hussain noted that the budget includes several major announcements, such as the establishment of three new Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) and the launch of a new high-speed rail corridor. Bihar will also benefit from these announcements, which is a very positive and welcome development for the state’s growth.

Maharashtra BJP President Ravindra Chavan said the first budget presented at Kartavya Bhavan addresses every issue as a primary and secondary duty. He stated that the budget focuses on all sections of the country under the spirit of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas”. Several provisions to provide relief to taxpayers have been made, and efforts will be made to simplify the GST system in the coming days.

Ravindra Chavan added that the budget provides relief measures for sectors related to textiles and fisheries. Additionally, the Finance Minister made important announcements regarding various development projects.

He also mentioned that the budget includes provisions to ease access to medicines for serious illnesses like cancer and diabetes. The budget presented under Prime Minister Modi’s leadership reflects the spirit of ‘Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam’ and is expected to set the country on a new path of development.
