BJP Leaders Criticize Rahul Gandhis Tea Party Invitation to Abhijit Dipke
BJP leaders mock Rahul Gandhi for inviting Abhijit Dipke to a tea party, suggesting he seeks support for a larger movement.

New Delhi, October 15 (Daily Kiran) : Indian political tensions were on display as leaders from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) took aim at Congress leader Rahul Gandhi over his recent invitation to activist Abhijit Dipke for a tea party. BJP officials claimed that Gandhi is attempting to rally support for a larger movement under the guise of the invitation.
Commenting on the invitation, BJP MP Praveen Khandelwal stated, “Who Rahul Gandhi invites is his business. However, the country is closely watching his every move. In due time, the public will decide how he collaborates with ‘anti-India’ forces to disrupt the nation.”
BJP spokesperson R.P. Singh echoed these sentiments, asserting that Gandhi is beginning to realize his diminishing influence. “He wants to leverage other parties and organizations to launch a full-scale movement,” Singh remarked.
Singh also addressed Dipke’s background, suggesting that he is a supporter of the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) and operates in alignment with its interests. “It is clear that he is working like a service wing for the AAP. Now, it is up to the AAP to clarify whether he was sent on their behalf or if he acted independently,” Singh added.
This controversy arises amidst ongoing protests against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. In response, Gandhi has invited officials from the Youth Congress, NSUI, and Congress Seva Dal to discuss strategies over tea. Dipke’s inclusion in this gathering has sparked further debate.
Earlier this week, Gandhi convened a tea meeting with party leaders at his residence to strategize on issues related to the Election Commission.
