BJP Leader Criticizes Gen Z Label for Indian Youth, Expresses Confidence in Yogi Adityanaths Re-election

Hyderabad, September 13 (Daily Kiran) : In Hyderabad, BJP leader Madhavi Lata has taken a strong stance against referring to Indian youth as “Gen Z.” She emphasized that the youth of India are steeped in a history of sacrifice and patriotism, making such labels inappropriate. Lata expressed confidence that young people in Uttar Pradesh will support Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath for another term.

During her remarks, Lata stated, “The term ‘Gen Z’ does not resonate with India. We don’t refer to our children by labels like X, Y, or Z. We address them with affection.” She highlighted the contributions of the youth, citing the example of the Jagannath Rath Yatra and the sacrifices made by young revolutionaries like Bhagat Singh for India’s independence.

Lata also pointed out the capabilities of Indian youth, mentioning that many talented individuals emerge from prestigious institutions like IITs and AIIMS. She noted, “Today, they are even engaged in scientific endeavors like rocket launches. The term ‘Gen Z’ does not accurately reflect our youth.”

Expressing pride in Uttar Pradesh’s young generation, Lata remarked, “Regardless of their religion, the youth understand their role in the upcoming elections. They are determined to advance the state and will ensure that Yogi Adityanath is re-elected, proving that he is the only leader capable of steering Uttar Pradesh forward.”
