Mumbai, December 3 – Former Bigg Boss 19 contestants Abhishek Bajaj and Aavez Darbar have become internet sensations after posting an entertaining dance video on social media. The duo was seen grooving to the popular title track of the 2011 film ‘Desi Boyz’ in their latest social media post.
Aavez Darbar was eliminated from the Bigg Boss house on the 35th day, while Abhishek Bajaj exited the show on the 77th day. The two appeared together after a long time, delighting their fans with this collaboration.
Both contestants shared the dance video on their respective Instagram accounts on Wednesday. In the clip, they can be seen energetically dancing to the beats of the ‘Desi Boyz’ song playing in the background.
The caption of their post read: “Abhishek and Aavez, hashtag Desi Boyz.”
The film ‘Desi Boyz’ was directed by Rohit Dhawan, marking his directorial debut. Rohit is the son of renowned Bollywood director David Dhawan, which made the film particularly noteworthy at the time of its release. The movie featured prominent actors including Akshay Kumar, John Abraham, Deepika Padukone, and Chitrangda Singh.
Meanwhile, Bigg Boss 19 is currently in its finale week. The grand finale is scheduled for December 6, which will reveal this season’s winner. Six contestants remain in the house: Tanya Mittal, Farhana Bhatt, Gaurav Khanna, Malati Chahar, Praneet More, and Amal Malik. These top 6 contestants are competing for the trophy.
This season began with several well-known personalities. Apart from the current top-6, other participants included Natalia Janosczek, Nagma Meerajkar, Aavez Darbar, Ashnoor Kaur, Mridul Tiwari, Kunika Sadanand, Baseer Ali, Abhishek Bajaj, Jeeshan Qadri, Nehal Chudasama, Shahbaz Badesha, and Neelam Giri.
Bigg Boss 19 is hosted by Bollywood megastar Salman Khan and is broadcast on Colors channel and Jio Hotstar.
