New Delhi, February 20: BJP National General Secretary Tarun Chugh highlighted the significance of the AI Summit, referencing Congress leader Shashi Tharoor’s remarks. He stated that the event exemplifies India‘s technological prowess. The summit showcased 644 AI technologies, featured CEOs from 41 global tech companies, included 326 exhibitors from 37 countries, and attracted over 250,000 attendees.

In an interview with a news agency, Chugh emphasized that this reflects India’s growing global capabilities under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership. He also noted that India has taken significant steps toward self-reliance and development by launching three indigenous Large Language Models (LLMs).

Chugh accused countries like China and Pakistan of feeling uneasy about India’s expanding role in strategic sectors like AI. He expressed disappointment at the Congress party’s stance, which he believes aligns with these nations.

Regarding the proposed entry toll tax in Himachal Pradesh, Chugh criticized the Congress government’s economic policies. He pointed out that despite grand promises to the public, the tax burden on states is increasing. He cited various taxes, such as the toilet tax and tourism fees, as additional pressures on the common people. Chugh claimed that relief measures from previous BJP administrations are being reversed, leading to a heavier economic burden on citizens.

On the topic of “Kerala Story 2,” Chugh asserted that the atrocities against daughters of Kerala and the alleged conspiracies must not be suppressed. He stressed the importance of bringing the truth to light and keeping society vigilant about such issues. Concealing problems only exacerbates them; solutions and actions are necessary for improvement.

In response to the loudspeaker issue, BJP leader Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi stated that all events, whether religious, social, or political, must adhere to noise pollution regulations. No event should be exempt from the law, and compliance with these rules is the responsibility of all citizens.
