Sterlite Technologies (STL) has acquired balance 25% stake in Jiangsu Sterlite Fiber Technology (JSFTCL) (formerly known as Jiangsu Sterlite Tongguang Fiber) on December 14, 2022.
The Company now holds 100% shares of JSFTCL through its wholly owned subsidiaries in China and Mauritius.
The acquisition of the remaining 25% stake of JSFTCL will ensure optical fiber supply security to support STL’s expanding optical fiber cable operations.
