Kejriwal to visit Bengaluru on April 21

Bengaluru, April 18 : Ahead of the Assembly polls next year in Karnataka, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will visit this state capital on April 21, to give a message of New Age Politics to the people here. “Kejriwal will share insights of creating a Delhi and Punjab revolution in Karnataka. He will also talk about the New Age Politics of common people,” Karnataka AAP Convenor Prithvi Reddy told reporters here. He will also attend a convention of farmers on invitation of Karnataka Rajya Raitha Sangha President Kodihalli Chandrashekhar. Reddy said several inductions into the party were also likely to take place during Kejriwal’s visit. “The party wants to get those people elected to the Assembly, who fight for the farmers’ cause,” he added. Farmers have realised that it was only the AAP, which was working towards solving their problems, Reddy said. They have voted for different parties previously and received nothing in return and hence, they are disappointed and wanting to enter politics themselves and shape their future, he added. BDN RJ
