Udaipur : The 49th Founder’s Day & Investiture Ceremony of Maharana Mewar Public School was celebrated on July 12,2022 at The Manek Chowk, The City Palace,Udaipur. The ceremony commenced by paying floral tribute to the revered founder, His Late Highness Maharana Bhagwat Singh ji Mewar of Udaipur followed by a short cultural presentation and Investiture Ceremony. The Ceremony was graced by Brigadier S Ramakrishna, VSM from Eklingarh Military Station as the Chief Guest who conferred upon sashes to the newly elected Students’ Council.
Mr Sanjay Datta (Principal,MMPS) administered the oath of allegiance to the students council which comprises of Mradul Baheti ( Head Boy), Aarushi Sahajwani (Head Girl), Aastha Lodha(Chief Marshal), Harsh Sharma(Deputy Chief Marshal),Rakshit Bhargava (Deputy Head Boy),Kriti Vyas ( Deputy Head Girl) ,Gargi Jain (Literary Secretary) Priyal Kaur ( Cultural Secretary) Riddhi Balchandani( Deputy Cultural Secretary), Diya Chajjed (Sports Captain),Harshi Jain (Deputy Sports Captain) ,Rathod Jaykishansinh (Hostel Captain),Garv Panwar(Deputy Hostel Captain)House Captains,4 Deputy Captains, 16 House Prefects, 7 Marshals President of Geography & Science Club,Alumni Affair,Chroniclers and Photography & Fine Arts Incharges.
Addressing the gathering the Chief Guest appreciated the school ‘s in all spheres and motivated the students to justify their presence in the school which is a living being and we as parts need to diligently strive for excellence.
The Principal extended his gratitude to the chief guest for his gracious presence as the institution celebrated its Foundation Day in the historic backdrop remembering the untold sacrifices of Mewar Royals.He exhorted the students to evolve school to next level as we complete 48 years of establishment .
