Yes Bank moves higher as its deposits up 13.2% in Q2FY23

Yes Bank is currently trading at Rs. 16.15, up by 0.75 points or 4.87% from its previous closing of Rs. 15.40 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 15.60 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 16.20 and Rs. 15.60 respectively. So far 6730540 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 18.20 on 09-Sep-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 12.09 on 30-Nov-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 16.25 and Rs. 15.35 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 40214.60 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 55.30%, while Non-Institutions held 44.70%.

Yes Bank has posted 13.2% growth in deposits at Rs 200,020 crore (provisional) for the second quarter ended September 30, 2022 (Q2FY23) as compared to Rs 176,672 crore in Q2FY22. On a quarterly basis, the deposits were up 3.5% from Rs 193,241 crore as of June 2022.

Loans & Advances stood at Rs 192,809 crore (provisional) as of September 30, 2022, posting a 11.6% rise in year-on-year (YoY) against Rs 172,839 crore as of September 30, 2021 and 3.5% growth in quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) basis from Rs 186,367 crore in in June 2022.

The Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) stood at 103.0% as of September 30, 2022 versus 116.0% as of June 30, 2022. The CASA was up 19.3% to Rs 62,073 crore against Rs 52,029 crore YoY and up 4.2% from Rs 59,544 crore QoQ.
