World Pharmacists Day and Seminar on Regulatory Affairs organized along with Blood Donation Camp in BN University

Udaipur : Dr. Mahendra Singh Ranawat, Dean, Faculty of Pharmacy, Bhupal Nobles University, said that the workshop on World Pharmacist Day and Regulatory Affairs was organized in the college today with the main objective of presenting the important role of pharmacists in general health services to the general public. The chief guest and speaker was Mr. Anil Vyas, Director of Mednext Pharmaceuticals and Biotechnology. He apprised the about 250 students and staff present there about the future in Regulatory Affairs and the statement on the contribution of RA in  Pharma industry.

He said that the pharmacist leads the third largest professional group in the health care profession worldwide. There are about 10 lakh pharmacists in India who are providing services with their knowledge and skills at various levels. He said continuous specialized synthetic drugs are being manufactured, due to which the responsibility of pharmacists for the correct use of modern medicines and protection from the dangers inherent in their use has increased. There are limitless employment opportunities in regulatory affairs.

Sazia told everyone about Mednext Pharmaceuticals and growth potential of pharmacy in Udaipur region. Dr. Kamal Singh Rathod, the convener of the program, while congratulating everyone on Pharmacist Day, discussed the contribution of pharmacists in the society and their special qualities and also highlighted the theme of this year’s “Safe and Effective Medicines for All”. Through this, told that the general public has to understand the role of pharmacists in the effects of the right medicine and the evil side of taking the wrong medicine. The pharmacist is committed to meeting the health care needs of his patients. They play an important role in the health care system along with promoting health and well-being. To meet the need of public health care, new directions in the pharmacy are expanding.

In this context, a blood donation camp was also organized in the college on Tuesday, Principal Chetan Singh Chauhan said that in collaboration with the team of Dr. Pushpendra Singh Naruka and Dr. Amit Bhargava, 47 units of blood donation were given and job interviews were also conducted by Mednext Pharmaceuticals. Dr. Yuvraj Singh Tanwar, Dr. Anju Goyal, Dr. Priya Kamble, Dr. Pradeep Goyal, Dr. Minakshi Bharkatiya, Dr. Deepak Marothia, Bhanwar Singh, Dr. Ram Singh, Dr. Vandana Sengar, Arvind Singh, Vibha Kitawat, Devanshi Vaghela and Susan etc. were present in this ceremony.
