Witness Describes Shooting Incident Involving Bollywood Star Tiger Shroff

Mumbai, October 18 (Daily Kiran) : Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff was the target of gunfire in Mumbai, but he emerged unharmed. A witness, Salma Sheikh, provided a detailed account of the incident.

Sheikh stated that she and others were vlogging at a birthday party, which was filled with noise and celebration. After the festivities, when Shroff and his companions left the venue, a gunman appeared. Sheikh described him as thin and impoverished-looking, reminiscent of someone living on the streets. The unexpected gunfire initially confused partygoers, who thought the sounds were fireworks.

However, the atmosphere changed dramatically when Shroff’s car halted, and he exited, visibly in pain and bleeding. The Maharashtra Chief Minister‘s Office confirmed that Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis contacted the Mumbai police commissioner to discuss the shooting. He urged for an immediate investigation and strict action against those responsible.

Fadnavis reassured Shroff during a phone call, stating that the authorities are committed to capturing the assailants swiftly. Following the shooting, witnesses were taken to the Juhu police station for questioning. Among them was a woman whose identity has yet to be confirmed.

According to DCP Mohit Garg, Shroff was attending a private event when the attack occurred. He confirmed that while Shroff was safe, two others sustained injuries, including Shroff’s driver, who is receiving medical treatment for a hand injury.
