The Vivo X200T is expected to launch soon in India, having recently appeared on Bluetooth SIG and India’s BIS certification websites. Industry insiders suggest the smartphone may debut by the end of this month. Earlier reports revealed the device’s colour options and tentative pricing. A fresh leak from tipster Abhishek Yadav has now detailed the key specifications of the handset.

Display and Software Features

The Vivo X200T will sport a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate. It will come pre-installed with Android 16 and promises an impressive software lifecycle, offering five major Android OS updates and seven years of security patches to ensure long-term usability and security.

Performance and Battery

Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the flagship MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ processor. It is expected to offer multiple RAM and storage configurations, including a top-end variant with up to 16GB RAM and 1TB storage. The device packs a substantial 6200mAh battery, supporting fast wired charging at 90W and wireless charging at 40W, catering well to power users.

Camera Setup and Additional Features

The Vivo X200T features a triple rear camera setup, all with 50-megapixel sensors. This includes a Sony LYT-702 main camera with optical image stabilization and Zeiss super photo sensitive technology, a Samsung JN1 ultra-wide lens, and a LYT-600 periscope telephoto lens. For selfies, there is a 32-megapixel front camera.

Other notable features include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, a USB-C port, ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor, IP68/IP69 dust and water resistance, advanced 4.5K Nanofluid VC cooling for sustained performance, and eSIM support.

Price and Availability

Reports indicate the Vivo X200T will be available exclusively online in India, priced around Rs 55,000. It will come in Black and Purple colour variants. The phone is believed to be a rebranded version of the Vivo X200s, which was initially launched in China in April 2025.
