Under the hood, the device runs on the Dimensity 9400+ chipset, paired with LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and UFS 4.1 storage for faster performance. It runs on Android 16-based Origin OS 6, ensuring a smooth and updated user experience.
Photography is a highlight with a triple rear camera setup, all equipped with Zeiss optics. The main sensor is a 50MP Sony IMX921 with optical image stabilization (OIS). It is accompanied by a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultra-wide lens and a 50MP Sony IMX882 periscope lens for enhanced zoom capabilities. The front camera offers a 32MP sensor for clear selfies.

Additional features include a 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, stereo speakers, and an X-axis linear motor for improved haptic feedback.
The device carries IP68 and IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance. It also features a 4.5K nanofluid vapor chamber cooling system to effectively manage heat during extended use.
In the Indian market, the Vivo X200T is priced at Rs 59,999 for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage version, while the 12GB RAM and 512GB storage model costs Rs 69,999.
