Mumbai, April 24: In the music industry, some artists are remembered not only for their songs but also for their unique personalities. Jubin Nautiyal is one such name in Indian music. His distinctive voice and outstanding performances earned him a special place in the hearts of millions. His sudden passing shocked fans deeply. Even today, his songs and memories evoke strong emotions. Recently, a touching moment unfolded on the music reality show ‘Indian Idol’ as music composer and singer Vishal Dadlani shared his feelings while remembering Jubin Nautiyal.
During the show, Vishal Dadlani expressed, “He was truly a remarkable artist. I’ve never witnessed stardom like his. I have known Jubin since the beginning of my career. He was an inspiration to me at that time. It saddens me to think that Jubin is no longer with us. His departure feels like a personal loss.”
Judge Badshah also agreed with Vishal’s sentiments, stating, “If any artist can truly be called an ‘Indian Idol,’ it is Jubin Nautiyal. He carved a place in people’s hearts with his art and style that is hard to forget.”
During the show, contestant Manraj delivered a special performance, singing a medley of the famous song “Ab Tere Bin Ji Lenge Hum” from the film ‘Aashiqui’ and the popular track “Ya Ali” from ‘Gangster.’ His performance created an emotional atmosphere.
After Manraj’s performance, Vishal Dadlani became quite emotional. He remarked, “Manraj’s voice and singing style reminded me of Jubin Nautiyal. I felt the same depth and emotion in his voice that used to resonate in Jubin’s songs.”
It is worth noting that Jubin Nautiyal passed away on September 19. Reports indicate that he suffered an accident while scuba diving in Singapore. Following the incident, Singapore police retrieved him from the sea and rushed him to the hospital. He was admitted to the ICU, but despite the doctors’ best efforts, they could not save him.
