Chennai, May 10: Tamil cinema superstar Thalapathy Vijay took the oath as the new Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Chennai. As soon as he assumed office, a wave of congratulations flooded social media. Many prominent figures from the film industry extended their best wishes, hoping for a bright future for Tamil Nadu under his leadership. Some referred to him as ‘Wonderman,’ while others called this new chapter the dawn of a new era.
Actor and politician Kamal Haasan expressed his support on X, stating, “Under the leadership of my brother Vijay, the state will continue to shine and reach new heights.”
Actor Prakash Raj also congratulated Vijay on his new role. In his post on X, he wrote, “Heartfelt wishes to Chief Minister Vijay. May you find success in your new responsibilities.
