Venkys (India) gains on turning black in Q4

VenkyS (India) is currently trading at Rs. 1693.60, up by 9.85 points or 0.59% from its previous closing of Rs. 1683.75 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1679.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1714.20 and Rs. 1672.40 respectively. So far 1419 shares were traded on the counter.

Venkys (India) has reported results for fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2021. The company has reported net profit at Rs 77.90 crore for the quarter under review as against net loss of Rs 96.73 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 42.32% at Rs 952.85 crore for Q4FY21 as compared Rs 669.52 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

For the year ended March 31, 2021, the company has reported net profit at Rs 267.74 crore as against net loss of Rs 27.16 crore for the previous year. However, total income of the company decreased by 4.37% at Rs 3152.43 crore for year under review as compared to Rs 3296.43 crore for year ended March 31, 2020.
