Mumbai, September 14 (Daily Kiran) : Venkat Prabhu’s upcoming film, ‘Tat Tvam Asi,’ is set to hit theaters soon. The filmmakers shared an exciting update on Monday regarding the project.
In a post on the social media platform X, director Venkat Prabhu announced that shooting has wrapped up and post-production has commenced. He expressed his enthusiasm with a message saying, “Happy Ganesh Chaturthi! The shooting is complete. Post-production has begun. The film will be released soon.”
On this auspicious occasion, he proudly revealed the creators behind ‘Tat Tvam Asi,’ alongside Lord Ayyappa and Lord Ganesh.
The film is directed by Vishnu Sasi Shankar, known for the Malayalam blockbuster ‘Malikapuram.’ Since its announcement under the banner of Tantra Films, audience anticipation has been building.
Pre-production for the film began on February 26, and within three months, the team successfully completed all planning and preparations, leading to the recent start of filming. During the launch ceremony, Venkat Prabhu initiated the first clap, while director Ponram switched on the camera to wish the entire team well.
The film stars Vaibhav and Meenakshi Govindarajan in lead roles, with actors Arvind Akash, Aadukalam Naren, and several others in significant parts. The screenplay was crafted by Aditya Tangirala, Nanthakumar Thamichelvan, and Prithvi Aditya.
‘Tat Tvam Asi’ explores themes of devotion, faith, and spirituality, while also incorporating elements of action and emotion. Sources indicate that the screenplay is designed to appeal to both family audiences and younger viewers.
