Vaibhav has become the batsman with the most sixes hit during the powerplay (the first six overs) in a single IPL season. So far in IPL 2026, he has smashed 30 sixes during the powerplay, surpassing Abhishek Sharma’s previous record of 29 sixes set in 2024.
