Uttar Pradeshs Free Coaching Initiative Yields Success for UPSC 2025 Candidates

Lucknow, March 6: Uttar Pradesh’s free coaching initiative has once again delivered impressive results. Six candidates have successfully qualified for the Civil Services Examination (UPSC) 2025 through the residential coaching program at the Bhartiya Bhawan in Gomti Nagar, overseen by the Ministry of Social Welfare.

Among these candidates, two received training from the residential coaching at Bhartiya Bhawan, while four participated in mock interviews conducted there. Asim Arun, the Minister of State for Social Welfare, congratulated all selected candidates. He emphasized that Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath prioritizes providing quality guidance and resources to every talented youth in the state preparing for competitive exams.

Arun stated that the state government aims to enhance these facilities further, enabling more youths to succeed in prestigious examinations like the civil services. Anand Kumar Singh, Deputy Director of the Social Welfare Department, reported that Vimal Kumar, who trained at the residential coaching, secured the 107th rank, while Bipin Dev Yadav achieved the 316th rank.

Additionally, among the candidates who participated in the mock interviews under the Chief Minister’s Abhyudaya Scheme, Mansi secured the 444th rank, Mahesh Jaiswal the 590th, Aditi Singh the 859th, and Tanisha Singh the 930th rank.

Singh explained that the Ministry of Social Welfare operates residential coaching at Bhartiya Bhawan for economically weaker students. Special sessions are held here for preparing for both the civil services main exam and interviews, featuring guidance from subject experts and senior IAS and PCS officers.

Moreover, selected students receive free accommodation, meals, library access, study materials, and both online and offline classes. The government believes that such initiatives provide economically disadvantaged yet talented youths with opportunities to advance in prestigious fields like civil services. This achievement is seen as a significant step towards talent promotion and equal opportunity in the state.
