Lucknow, April 25: The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has announced a recruitment notification for a total of 708 positions, including Forest Guards and Wildlife Guards. This is a significant opportunity for youth preparing for government jobs.
The vacancies include 318 positions for Forest Guards (General Selection), 10 for Wildlife Guards (General Selection), 329 for Forest Guards (Special Selection), and 51 for Wildlife Guards (Special Selection).
The online application process will commence on June 30, with the last date for submission set for July 20. Candidates wishing to apply can submit their registration forms once the application link is activated on the official website. Additionally, a correction window will be available until June 27 for candidates who make errors while filling out their application forms.
Applicants must have completed their Intermediate (12th grade) from the Uttar Pradesh Secondary Education Council or an equivalent recognized board. Other eligibility criteria must also be met.
The minimum age for candidates is set at 18 years, while the maximum age is 40 years, calculated as of July 1. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per government rules.
Selection of eligible candidates will be based on shortlisting, a written examination, Physical Standard Test (PST), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), medical examination, and document verification. Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹19,900 to ₹63,200.
All candidates must pay the prescribed application fee of ₹25 online while filling out the application form. Please note that the application will only be accepted after the registration fee is paid.
