Union Minister Giriraj Singh Criticizes Rahul Gandhi and Congress Over Recent Controversies

New Delhi, September 1: Union Minister Giriraj Singh has taken aim at Rahul Gandhi following the FIR filed against him in Haldwani and comments made by a Karnataka minister regarding Islam. Singh emphasized that his discontent is directed not at Muslims but at historical invaders like Babur and those who threaten the Ram Temple.

Discussing the FIR against Rahul Gandhi, Singh stated that leaders in responsible positions should refrain from such behavior. He criticized Gandhi’s protest outside the Prime Minister’s residence as unnecessary, noting that an investigation was already underway to identify those involved in the incident. Singh referenced Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge’s acknowledgment of the situation in the House, mentioning that JP Nadda had also expressed concern.

Rejecting Gandhi’s allegations, Singh argued that the children identified as belonging to the scheduled community were engaged in worship. He accused Gandhi of encouraging these children to file an FIR based on his claims, labeling it as political theatrics and advising him to engage in more constructive politics.

Singh also condemned the Karnataka minister’s assertion that Islam is the superior religion, claiming that today’s Congress has transformed into a “Muslim Congress” under Sonia Gandhi’s leadership. He criticized the minister for disrespecting Sanatan Dharma, calling it reprehensible, and accused Congress of undermining Sanatan Dharma wherever they govern.

In response to Asaduddin Owaisi’s comments regarding Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s recognition in Uzbekistan, Singh expressed strong disapproval. He clarified that he harbors no hatred towards Muslims or any nation but objects to historical aggressors like Babur. Criticism of historical invaders should not be misconstrued as animosity against any community.

Singh targeted Owaisi, suggesting that while he may be a barrister, his statements reflect a sense of inferiority towards India. He attributed Owaisi’s remarks to this mindset.
