UGRO Capital trades higher on getting approval to raise up to Rs 20 crore

The scrip opened at Rs. 154.65 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 154.65 and Rs. 153.15 respectively. So far 193 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘B’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 211.50 on 19-Sep-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 130.90 on 17-Jun-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 159.00 and Rs. 150.75 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1086.61 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 2.87%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 8.98% and 88.14% respectively.

UGRO Capital has received an approval for an issue of 2,000 Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Taxable, Transferable Non-convertible debentures (Debentures) each bearing a face value of Rs 1 lakh aggregating up to Rs 20 crore for cash, at par, in dematerialised form, on a private placement basis. The Investment and Borrowing Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company (Committee) at its meeting held on February 20, 2023 has approved the same.
