The scrip opened at Rs. 162.80 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 162.80 and Rs. 155.30 respectively. So far 5230 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘B’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 229.00 on 17-Jan-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 105.00 on 10-Aug-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 162.80 and Rs. 141.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1102.14 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 2.87%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 9.79% and 87.34 % respectively.

Ugro Capital is planning to raise funds by way of issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) through public issue. The meeting of the Investment and Borrowing Committee of the Board of Directors is scheduled to be held on July 27, 2022, to consider and approve the same.
