Innings Break!
Yashasvi Jaiswal scored a courageous 88 but it was Bangladesh bowlers, who put up an excellent show, bundling out India for 177 in 47.2 overs in the final of the Under-19 World Cup final in Potchefstroom. Put into bat after losing the toss, India lost Divyansh Saxena early for 3. Jaiswal and Tilak Varma steered the innings but then the latter got out for 38. Wicket of Tilak then triggered a collapse as the middle order crumbled like a pack of cards. The defending champions lost 7 wickets for just 21 runs as Bangladesh bowlers gave no breathing space to the batsmen. Fielding too was superb for the Tigers. Avishek Das got three wickets while Tanzim Hasan Sakib and Shoriful Islam got two wickets apiece.
