Transformers and Rectifiers moves up on bagging order worth Rs 131 crore

Transformers & Rectifiers (India) is currently trading at Rs. 64.26, up by 0.63 points or 0.99% from its previous closing of Rs. 63.63 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 66.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 66.00 and Rs. 63.40 respectively. So far 41740 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘B’ stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 82.25 on 20-Jan-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 25.10 on 20-Jun-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 67.15 and Rs. 58.41 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 843.51 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.91%, while Non-Institutions held 25.09% stake in the company.

Transformers and Rectifiers (India) has been awarded order of Transformers for total contract value of Rs 131 crore from one of the Central Utility. The said orders fall under the normal course of business. The company neither has any interest in these entities that awarded the orders nor fall within related party transactions.

With this order, the company’s Order book as on date stands at Rs 1822 crore. The company continuously thrives to deliver quality products and services and over a period of time has become a leading manufacturer of transformers in the country.
