Issues like heartburn, acidity, and constipation may arise, potentially affecting blood sugar levels. Therefore, it is crucial to adjust the way fenugreek seeds are consumed during the summer.

Soaking fenugreek seeds overnight and drinking the strained water in the morning is recommended. Avoid heating the water in summer, as it can cause both burning sensations and heat in the body.
