Tejashwi Yadavs Presence Strengthens Mamata Banerjee in Bengal, Says Manoj Kumar Jha

Patna, April 25: Rajya Sabha MP Manoj Kumar Jha stated that Tejashwi Yadav’s presence in West Bengal not only bolsters Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee but is also essential for strengthening an alternative political stream in the broader context of India.

In response to the recent defection of Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha and six other MPs from the Aam Aadmi Party to the BJP, Jha expressed his frustration. “I am tired of repeatedly answering this question. Why do we need so many words to say they have joined the BJP? The BJP is a system, a machine. Their entire effort is based on the ‘One Nation, One Election’ model from China. Whether this will happen or not, I do not know, but it is rooted in the idea of ‘One Nation, One Party.'”

Regarding Tejashwi Yadav’s visit to Bengal, RJD leader Mitunjay Tiwari remarked that the warm welcome from the people of Bengal and the large crowds indicate that Yadav is there to strengthen Mamata Banerjee and is committed to reinstating her government in the state.

TMC candidate Sayantika Banerjee commented on Tejashwi’s arrival, noting that he is a prominent political figure, with his father also being a well-known politician. “He is a strong leader who has come here to support Mamata Didi and our party,” she said.

She added that many people from Bihar live happily in Bengal and work without any issues. “We do not view things from a vote bank perspective, nor do we attempt to use anyone for that purpose. If you have a valid voter ID and are working here to earn a living, that is perfectly fine; there is no problem with that.”
