Tejashwi Yadav Criticizes Bihars Leadership Changes Ahead of Cabinet Expansion

Patna, May 6: Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary is set to expand his cabinet on Thursday. In a pointed remark, Tejashwi Yadav, the National Executive President of the RJD, noted that Bihar has witnessed two chief ministers in just six to seven months since the last elections.

He questioned how development can occur under such circumstances. Yadav emphasized that frequent changes disrupt governance, claiming that half of the year has already been wasted without forming a stable cabinet. He stated, “I made it clear in the assembly that I will not be accused of nepotism. Such accusations should not be made against me. There is a difference between words and actions.”

As the Leader of the Opposition in the Bihar Assembly, Tejashwi Yadav expressed surprise at the recent election results in West Bengal, stating that such outcomes were unexpected. He criticized the BJP for their lack of presence, alleging they relied on manipulation and conspiracy to secure votes. “In states like Maharashtra, Bihar, and Bengal, the results speak for themselves,” he remarked.

Yadav asserted that the BJP’s schemes will eventually be exposed, claiming they control the entire system. He questioned the integrity of the Election Commission, saying, “What can be done when the umpire is dishonest?”

He further stated that their ideology transcends victory or defeat in elections. “There will be many elections, but our fight is for our principles and policies. We will continue to oppose the ideologies of the RSS and BJP.”

Tejashwi Yadav also accused the Bihar government of depleting the state’s treasury and allowing crime to flourish. He pointed out that bridges are collapsing in Bihar without any oversight. He warned that, similar to Uttar Pradesh, Bihar is witnessing a rise in “bulldozer” and “encounter” politics as a distraction, with fake encounters reportedly occurring.
