Patna, March 23 : Rashtriya Janta Dal ( RJD) leader Tej Pratap Yadav, elder son of RJD president Lalu Prasad Yadav, on Wednesday demanded immediate release of his ailing incarcerated father from jail. While talking to a section of the media, Tej Pratap said the health conditions of his father, who was undergoing treatment at the hospital under judicial custody in Ranchi, was deteriorating every day and keeping it in mind the centre now should release him immediately. Tej Pratap Yadav, an MLA, alleged that those who were primarily responsible for the multicrore rupee fodder scam were roaming free whereas Lalu Prasad Yadav, who sought to crack the scam, had been made to suffer even after suffering from multiple health-related complications. He alleged that his father had been flsely implicated in the fodder scam. Tej Pratap further alleged that Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, the friend turn foe of Lalu Prasad Yadav, was enjoying power even after being an accused in a murder case whereas Lalu Prasad Yadav was suffering. It may be recalled that Lalu Prasad Yadav, who was undergoing treatment at RIMS, was flown to All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi by an air ambulance on Tuesday following deterioration in his health condition.
