Tata Coffee has entered into a definitive agreement of Sale for disposal of an immovable property situated in the State of Telangana, to a third party buyer (non-related party), and accordingly transferred all rights, title and interest over the said property including the possession, to the Buyer, for a sale consideration of Rs 150 crore, which has been fully received.
